With over fifteen years in the casting industry, Holly has led casting processes across a diverse array of projects and mediums. She is dedicated to cultivating a warm yet structured environment that empowers performers to showcase their authentic selves while aligning with the team's vision. Central to her methodology are principles of respect and humanity, both in casting and in life.

Holly places a high value on education and the development of future generations of artists and theater enthusiasts. She has conducted workshops for esteemed organizations such as Barrington Stage, Broadway Kids Auditions, The Wright Way, Broadway Artists Alliance, Actor’s Therapy, The Growing Studio, Berklee School of Music at Boston Conservatory, NYU, Missouri State, Western Michigan, Marymount Manhattan, Actors Connection, and numerous others. As the Business of Acting Instructor and Showcase Consultant at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC, as well as an adjunct faculty member at Molloy University/Cap 21 Musical Theatre, Holly is committed to guiding performers through the audition process with thoughtfulness and care. Her aim is to help performers present their unique and genuine selves both in auditions and throughout their careers.
