CALLBACK INFORMATION - COCOMELON LIVE NATIONAL TOUR
FOR JJ, CODY, NINA, CECE & SWING:
-You will dance first! Come prepared to dance - jazz flats or sneakers prefered.
-You will stay to do a “Character Animation” clip to the attached Voice Over. Please plan to act this out for us - fully physicalize the character as you would on stage in costume. Plan to stay a bit, but no later than 1:30pm. We’ll move as quickly as we can and accommodate schedules to the best of our abilities.

*we know this is Sesame instead of Coco, but we are going to use this one for the purpose of this audition, as the Coco tracks are still being finalized!
FOR MS. APPLEBERRY & MS APPLEBERRY UNDERSTUDY:
-You will sing/read first by appointment. 16-32 bars of a song of your choice plus be prepared to sing “If You’re Happy and You Know It” (that rousing toddler favorite). We will have an accompanist on hand.

-You may be asked to stay to dance/move which will happen around 4:15pm. This will be a simple combination - comfortable clothes and jazz flats or sneakers are perfect.

CoCoMelon Live: Sing-A-Long Tour is a new, high energy concert style show based on the popular YouTube content, CoComelon.
All talent must have a valid Passport (Must be at least 18 years of age.) Especially seeking dancers. Full body costume/animation experience is a plus, not a requirement. Non-Union Only.

SEEKING:
MS. APPLEBERRY – (Female Presenting, Latine Heritage, appearing in her 20’s, 5’7”- 5’8”) Must be a strong singer, actor, and mover. Her singing tone is simplistic, like that of a talented pre-school teacher. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. Ms. Appleberry is the best teacher there ever was. She’s kind, patient, and enthusiastic as she encourages her students along the way. Empathetic intone, she appears warm with kids.
MS. APPLEBERRY UNDERSTUDY - (Female Presenting, Latine Heritage, appearing in her 20’s, 5’7”- 5’8”) Must be a strong singer, actor, and mover. This track may also cover additional roles in the show and should be comfortable doing some full body mascot work.
JJ - (Male or Female Presenting, 4’10”- 5’2”) Athletic build, strong dancer with ability to animate personality. JJ is the youngest of his friends and family. He loves to move and dance, as he giggles through every song and dance, finding it all super fun. He’s always ready to lend a hand, learn new things, and he never gives up. This role will be a full costume character.
CODY - (Male or Female Presenting, 5’0”- 5’2”) Athletic build, strong dancerwith ability to animate personality. Cody is JJ’s best friend! He is slightly older than JJ. Cody is very caring and likes to hug and wave to his friends. He loves all things science. Cody also loves to dance and play. This role will be a full costume character.
NINA - (Male or Female Presenting, 5’0”- 5’2”) Athletic build, strong dancer with ability to animate personality. Nina is fierce and fun. She loves to dance, play sports and has a lot of energy. She loves to play with her friends and share the fun with everyone! This role will be a full costume character.
CECE - (Male or Female Presenting, 5’0”- 5’2”) Athletic build, strong dancer with ability to animate personality. Cece is a cheerful and curious character who loves exploring and learning new things with her friends. She is bright, energetic, and loves to dance - especially ballet. When excited, she breaks outinto her signature spin. This role will be a full costume character.
SWING - (Male or Female Presenting, 4’10”- 5’2”) Athletic build, strong dancer with ability to animate personality. This role will cover full costume characters.
