Rehearsals: January 11th – February 12th in Branson
Performances: February 13th – Mid January, 2017

Length of Contract: January 11th 2016 – January 11th, 2017 (with the option to extend through year two)

Salary: $400 for rehearsals $100 per show till March 1st and then $750 per week (except for vacation weeks Aug. 22nd – Sept. 3rd and Dec. 18th – Dec. 30th)

Housing for rehearsal and preview period (January & February) is provided. During the performance period Performers will be responsible for their finding their own housing and local transportation in Branson.

FOREVER YOUNG, a dynamic Musical Revue show is seeking 3 strong, pop/rock and contemporary musical theatre singers with R&B sensibilities abilities and killer personalities to join the cast of their hit show at The Jim Stafford Theatre in Branson, MO.

This theatrically staged concert is conceived by Josh Sassanella and his friends and based on their personal experiences of life, love and the fun of making their way in the entertainment business in their early 20s.

[MAN 1] 20s–30s, Any ethnicity. Dynamic, charming singer who is flexible in many singing styles, including contemporary musical theatre, pop, rock, R&B and hip-hop.  Should be an engaging storyteller who loves audience interaction. Must be a great mover and strong with holding tight harmonies. Dance experience in hip-hop and jazz a plus. Pop-Rock Tenor.

[MAN 2] 20s-30s, Any ethnicity. Dynamic, charming singer who is flexible in many singing styles, including contemporary musical theatre, pop, classic rock, R&B and hip-hop.  Should also have a high legit or operatic sound for one numberf. Good mover and strong with holding tight harmonies. High Pop/Rock Tenor with Legit or Classical abilities.

[MAN 3] 20s-30s, Any ethnicity. Dynamic, charming singer who is comfortable in singing many styles, but will be the featured “crooner” of the group - think Michael Buble. Good mover. Tenor/Bari-tenor with old school, jazz standard flair.

Prepare 16-32 bars of your choice in the following styles: Pop, Pop-rock, Jazz standard or Contemporary Musical Theatre. Please bring your book of music along.

You may be asked to return later in the day (3pm) for a movement call and to harmonize with others, so please bring comfortable clothes. Jazz shoes or sneakers are fine.


If you are unable to attend this call and interested in being considered for the project, please send along a video submission. In your video submission, please include the following: Two contrasting 16 - 32 bar cuts of a songs in the following styles: Pop, Pop-Rock, Jazz Standard, Contemporary Musical Theatre, or Opera/Legit. You may also send a link to your dance reel or a clip that is representative of your movement/dance experience.
